Dummy help!

So my son is still using dummies that are 6-18 months old in size.. he won’t move onto the 18-36 month ones... should we be worried this is doing more damage to his teeth?

If he's happy, then I'd leave him on the smaller size as it'll probably be easier to get him off them when the time arises. Personally, I like to see them coming off dummies about 3yo. Certainly they should be stopped before adult teeth start coming in at 6yo. Simplest way is to simply not replace them when they finally get all chewed up.
