Does this Cancerous or what ?

I have noticed this since December 2021 . Intitally i had pain in throat , redness in October than , i looked in mirror and found this ... look at the image

Opposite side of the tongue is totally pink and with no such red and blood like tissues

Marked as LEFT and RIGHT sides

Since the first noticed this remained same , with some irritation sometimes
