Do Oral Probiotics Actually Work for Teeth and Gums?

Hey everyone! I recently came across oral probiotics for teeth and gums and was surprised that they even exist! We all know about gut probiotics, but I had no idea that the mouth has its own microbiome. Some people claim these can help with bad breath, gum health, and even prevent cavities. Has anyone tried them? Do they really work, or is it just another trend? 🤷‍♂️

I’ve actually been using oral probiotics for about 2 months now, and I have to say, my bad breath has improved A LOT! I used to wake up with a weird taste in my mouth, but since adding probiotics to my routine, it’s almost gone. I think they really help balance the bacteria in the mouth.

That’s interesting! I struggle with bleeding gums and mild gingivitis, and my dentist suggested using a good probiotic. I haven’t started yet, but I’d love to know which brand works best. There are so many options out there, and I don’t want to waste money on something ineffective.

I totally get you! I was skeptical too, but then I found Prodentim Oral Probiotics, which are specifically designed for oral health. It has strains like Lactobacillus Paracasei and BLIS K-12, which help with gum health and fresh breath. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks, and I swear my gums feel healthier. Plus, my breath stays fresh for longer.

Yeah, bad breath can definitely come from an overgrowth of harmful bacteria. I’ve also read that some mouthwashes actually kill both good and bad bacteria, which might make the problem worse. That’s why oral probiotics sound like a great natural solution.

I just checked it out! It actually explains the benefits really well. I think I’m gonna give Prodentim a shot. I mean, I already take probiotics for my gut, so why not for my teeth and gums too?
