My X-Rays
My dentist and I (24M) scheduled 2 fillings in 2 weeks. Above are my X-Rays. Can you guys tell me if it worth getting a second opinion on whether or not I absolutely need fillings? My caries/cavities grew since my last dental visit, 6 months ago. Is there any chance my teeth can remineralize if I'm diligent about my dental hygiene. I brush every day and floss most nights but I'm paying more emphasis to my dental health.
Extra - If I just take better care of my mouth do I have much to worry about or are these 2 filings a sign of worse things to come. These are my first cavities, and I don't think I'm truly worried but, in the moment, I'm wondering about worst case scenarios.
