For a detailed cavity analysis, I would suggest taking some bite-wing x-rays. Can't see clearly on this x-ray. The endo does need a re-do/extraction however. There is signs of peri-apical infection in both of the roots.
Both endos are imperfect, but you have to consider the following:
Have you got previous Xrays taken at an earlier time to see if the damage is growing?
Are you having pain upon chewing?
If yes to either of above, then redo ASAP by an endodontist.
Another consideration is that both root-filled teeth are weak, and full coverage with an onlay or crown would be desirable to prevent fractures. In such situations, firstly redoing the endo is almost mandatory.
