Do I need Braces? Pictures attached.

Hey! I'm having alot of problems regarding my teeth for a long time. I cant properly place my molars on top of each other and close my mouth. I persistently lisp and mispronounce words. I have looked up and it seems I have an overbite problem. Before i get my xray done, do I really need braces?
