Dentist refuses to write prescription

The dentist told me I need six root canals. I know that bacteria can kill a human being so I asked for an antibiotic prescription but the dentist refused to write one. What should I do?

Does the dentist refused or said its not needed? It depends on the condition of tooth and chances of bacteraemia.
You should ask for proper explanation about the requirement of antibiotics from your dentist.
