dental lab at my "building"!

Hi Dentists, I have signed up here in this forum just to ask this specific question.

I own a building and a "dental lab" want to rent an apartment at it but am afraid to accept before i know whether if the dental lab will harm the people in the building in any way?

please advise me on this before i rent it.
