Dental CT scan Help

A redness area medial to left upper molar noticed by me since feb 2022 . Had OPG , Dental CT scan .

Dental CT scan of the region and the teeth shows as image attached

A clinical image of the area also attached ( its more red than seen in image )

Please guide me please

Studied alot of dental literature and paper on oral medicine and radiology and finally I came to a conclusion thats this

Periapical infection and bone loss around palatal root causing mucosal redness at proximity of root apex .

So now discussed this with general dentist and set a date for surgical exrraction of the teeth
