I was just at the dentist and he recommended I fix a tooth (#35) based on the fact that when light is shined on the tooth, one side of it toward 36 looks grayish, as if there's decay within in the interior of the tooth.. is this possible?
There's no indication on x-rays at all, no sensitivity, no pain, no breach of the enamel that can be prodded..
Is this possible that a tooth gets decay from within and shining a light is the only detection tool?
