Over the years of attempting my restoration 6 crowns have been needed. Due to limited funds and insurance sucking it's really held my restorations up

So far
-crown #8/9
-3 implants pre molar bottom left right side, #2, and #15. Seems to be healing OK go in for an impression on the 16th for #2

Future work still needed:
Crowns # 7, 10, 11, white filling bond on bottom teeth. I've been told a bond is the same as a filling technique.

Great dentists. I'm amazed my hmo has approved this much but denying 3 crowns really needed. It's been such a depressing drag.

Antwho I've been to several office and mist come back with different crown materials.

-ceramin/porcelain which is what I have now
-All white glass porcelain, didn't even know this existed.
-zirconia/Emax which seems to be the popular choice but insurance won't cover.
- gold, of course I've read is the strongest may consider it for #3 that might need a root canal.

I've also had crowns on #27/#29 implant on #28 and do feel a cold sensitive spot so maybe they need root canals also. Did point this out but shrugged off maybe it's the middle gum tissue still healing from the implant I got put in a month ago. No idea.

Anywho I'm just wondering if ceramic and be just as strong as zirconia or Emax. Office wanted a nearly $300 up charge for zirconia which isn't that bad but for an entire mouth it adds up and on limited funds makes it harder. Thanks.
