Comparison between basal and Conventional Implants

I know conventional implants (3 pieces) are the standard way in the USA (takes 8-12 months to finish).

Basal implants work very well on every type of bone (no need of bone graft). In the USA it is not very popular or used by dentists (my search).

Anyone here like to share more info on basal (if you have received it)
