Can someone explain these lesions and this area of my mouth? Im a 26 year old male and I use zyn pouches. Nicotine only product.

The area is being irritated by the pouches. Constant irritation in the mouth is hazardous and can lead to abnormal tissue growth (pre-cancer). Keep the pouches away from the area and the tissues should heal.
