Can I get an opinion for the crowned tooth?

Apparently there's something beneath and it's bad. Tried to get opinions the dentist which did the RCT saw it but didn't act hopeless about it however i forgot to ask him more questions about it. Idk if he's a bad dentist trying to cover up his bad work.
Spoke to another dentist he said he wouldn't accept to do apicioectomy on it because of proximity to nerve.

Please help.

Do you have symptoms on this tooth? Did the dentist prescribe any medication, after seeing this lesion?
