Can a tooth still be forming after eruption

Can a tooth continue to form bumps on the end of the tooth after eruption. My central top incisor dint have bumps at first and now they are forming after eruption.

Erupting incisors usually have bumps on the incisal edges. It is possible you just didn't notice them. They are called incisal mamelons. They usually wear down throughout your lifetime as you eat.
