Burned Roof of my mouth

Accidently I eat boiled messed potato dish which burned my tongue and roof of my mouth

Tongue is ok but my roof of mouth becomes weord now with sharp pinch and needle feeling with pain .

Now its looks like this , suggest me what i will do . My friend suggest me to use ANALGESIC and ANTISEPTIC GEL for few days and only NO HOT FOOD

Can use antiseptic or analgesic mouthrinse. Or even salt water. Should heal within 7 to 10 days.

After 24 hrs , it looks this , pain is there but not like yesterday .. now it looks yellowish in color .

Its painfull while tongue touch and presently looks like the image attached

Maintaining gargal 6 times a day ( salt based ) burshing very soft . Avoided all hard food , outside food , oily , spicy etc
