Bumps under tongue..freaking out is this normal???

Thank you! I also noticed last night on the floor of my mouth there is a piece of skin that is longer than the rest. Can the skin on the floor of your mouth sometimes tear & cause that? I’ll try to get a picture of it. I just want to make sure I’m not getting hpv or something
