Buccal back molar filling fell out, sensitivity

My dentist did this filling at the start of this March. It’s buccal and hard to access. Something happened to the filling today, now there’s an indentation and sensitivity when drinking water. I think inner layer is exposed.
The issue is that I'm in a foreign country, my dentist is in my homecountry, what do I do? Can I put dentemp until july?
I am extreme in my hygiene. Nanohydroxyapatite, fluoride, interdental brush, flossing, remineralising paste. I can stop eating any carbs if nessecary. Would I be able to make dentemp last till july fine? Would it be reasonable to ask for a gold filling?

The dentemp might not last since it is on the buccal surface of the tooth. You might need to apply it often.
Alternatively you can try and rub some Sensodyne toothpaste on that area, 3 times a day, and then leave it on, don't rinse it off. The Sensodyne should seal the area and manage the sensitivity, until you see your dentist.
