bronchitis and teeth pulling?

I have bronchitis and i had a tooth pulled the other day.. I have had three friends tell me that this shouldn't have happened.. Now I'm worried bc im feeling very sick.. Any idea if it was wrong for the dentist to pull my tooth while i have bronchitis???
