Body rejected implants??

Can anyone provide some insight on implant rejections please?

I had two adjacent implants placed, 3 weeks later I noticed one was moving/sore and the doctor said both had failed due to my body rejecting it, and mentioned maybe I was allergic to one of the coatings on the implant?

I didn't realize that titanium implants are alloyed with other metals, so my Biohorizons one also had iron, aluminum and vanadium. I believe next time he will try Nobel, I'm assuming a titanium only implant?

I'm concerned I may have a titanium allergy as well, and not sure the best way to go about allergy testing as the others like vanadium I doubt are normally tested for? I looked up Melisa testing which I think is for titanium sensitivity for example. (Not sure also if I can do this one my own or have to find a doc to order this). There's also the Sensiband which includes Vanadium and Aluminum bands you wear around your wrist to check for a allergic reactions.

I'm also paranoid I wasn't supposed to cough, sneeze, blow my nose after the procedure which I did once or twice (I thought that only applied after a sinus procedure), I may have chewed once on that side 2 weeks out, I also did a light dumbbell workout as well.

I will be going to my PCP for an updated annual checkup/bloodwork to see my blood sugars are okay and ask if I should test for any auto immune conditions.
I just don't want to go through this process again as I had to redo the bone graft and have to wait another 4 months before attempting implants. Thanks in advance for any info/insight
