Black triangles

I am a teeth grinder with black triangles that I really would like fixed. I went to a dentist that said I’ve ground down my teeth and that there was no way to repair them without crowns or pulling them and getting implants or dentures. But in his exam also said I had minimal bone loss and only two cavities. He also said my gums are in good shape due to my flossing. I just have a hard time believing $40,000 dollars worth of work is the only way to address the cosmetic appearance of my teeth.

You could just have some composite build up to make them look better and maybe improve your bite. It's cheap and doesn't require any changes to the underlying tooth. You should also have a night guard made to minimise further damage.
