Hi, I'm 43,f. Finally have the courage to fix my teeth. I had asked my dentist a few years back and got told I have an 'aesthetic' smile according to dentistry and suggested I do nothing. Now, I feel it's a lot worse and needs to be fixed. My tongue gets bitten at the tip while eating. What kind of braces will work? Is this a braces treatment or surgery? Do I need teeth extractions? Thanks
