Best braces for me please?

Hi, I'm 38 years old and my bottom teeth bother me. I spoke to a dentist a few years ago and he said braces wouldn't be an option as there is no space for the teeth to be moved in to. Do you agree? What type of brace would be best for me? I'd prefer a train track style over Invisalign but want the most effective option. Also, I have some gum recession. Could braces worsen this? Thank you for your help.

I don't do braces but it can cause complications such as gum & bone recession, root damage, and sometimes internal & external root resorption. We can't evaluate your case with your image alone. We need models, ceph x-rays, and multiple profile images to have a game plan.
