Hello everyone. I have a problem with the very back tooth on the upper right side. A dentist found a hole in it near the gum. I had a filling to try and save it. That was about a month ago. The pain has come back however. Is it worth trying a root canal or should I just have it removed? The dentist I spoke to seemed to suggest doing a root canal on it would be quite difficult due to it's position. Any thoughts welcome thank you.
