26 male.
I have been having pain in a tooth and in the gum area. I went to the dentist and discovered that the tooth that has been causing pain is a baby tooth. However, the problem is that the K9 existing underneath is turned at an angle. At the end of the root of the K9 is a circular lesion forming. Could this of formed because of the larger tooths inability to push through the baby tooth- some sort of irration or inflammation? or could this be possible to be some sort of deadly cancer forming. I am going to get it checked within the next few weeks by an oral surgeon, but I was hoping that I could get some insight so I could sleep at night. I will attach an image of the xray. Thank you for your time.
