Apicoectomy

Hi. I have an infection at the root of my LR3. This tooth supports a bridge and is heavily restored. LR1 and 2 are missing. After taking an x ray, the dentist advised to go for apicoectomy; however, due to covid 19, no dental practice is accepting me for the treatment. My other option is to have the bridge removed and the tooth extracted, which I am trying to avoid.
Does anyone know a dentist who can perform apicoectomy during this time? I live in Bedford and am willing to travel.

Doing apicoectomy involves drilling on bone (sorry trying not to sound scary) and can introduce harmful aerosols. Hopefully you aren't experiencing pain or swelling. Once the crisis is over and proper PPE is available, there will be someone to do the procedure.
