What are the expected results if I either of these options:
1. Apicoectomy
2. Implant
3. No treatment
I've been wearing my retainer for more structure. No pain at all, nerve is still in tact. Just doesn't feel 100% stable in upper corner where crack is. Thank you for your feedback.
