I'm hoping someone can help. Not sure if I should go in and get this taken care of or let it fall out on its own. My 4 year old son ran into someone about 6 weeks ago and knocked his two lower front teeth loose. They bled and got jiggly, but my son never really played with them. I noticed a couple days ago that his permanent teeth were coming in behind them, but my son won't play with the jiggly teeth. When I looked closer, I noticed that his baby tooth is coming out the front of his gums. Should I be concerned? I have attached a picture so you can see.
